We all attended a course at the Chichester Festival Theatre run by Lucy Flannery, and part of LEAP (Learning, Education And Participation). It was directed at improving our play writing and developing our own work. Through this we came to know each other and each other’s work. Our enthusiasm and intense desire to see our work performed led to us forming The Play Weavers group.
We meet regularly at the Chichester Festival Theatre to plan events and provide each other with help and guidance in writing. Currently we are looking to have our work performed at the Chichester Fringe 31st May – 14th June 2025. We are currently casting for six short productions.
